Your Tasks

In this role, you are responsible for the commercially correct and timely processing of public tenders.

Your tasks include in particular:

• Coordinating tenders, monitoring deadlines, responsible for completeness and timely submission
• Monitoring tender platforms (e.g. Simap)
• Keeping confirmations from insurance companies etc. as well as other general tender documents up to date
• Maintaining an overview of ongoing and completed tenders
• Recording and maintaining customer master data in SAP
• Holiday cover for the rental business (preparing offers, ensuring timely delivery, issuing invoices)

Your Strengths

• Completed commercial basic training
• Very good German and French skills are essential, English and Italian skills are an advantage
• Experience ideally in the mentioned area or in sales back office
• Good M365 knowledge including SharePoint/Teams, SAP is an advantage
• You are a flexible, independent personality and have an exact way of working
• You have a high customer orientation, are an organisational talent and a team player
