What you will achieve

In line with our guiding principle "Closer to People", you will be committed to the following activities:

Professional support, advice, guidance, and training of the nursing teams
Analysis of complex care situations or everyday problems
Development and adaptation of concepts, guidelines, and standards based on current findings
Support in implementing quality requirements
Conducting controls
External network maintenance and interdisciplinary collaboration

What distinguishes you

Training as a qualified nurse FH or training as a qualified nurse HF with experience in a similar position
Ideally, you have completed further training or are close to completion (e.g., CAS/MAS Palliative Care or similar)
Independent, reliable, and precise working style as well as the ability to respond flexibly to changes and shape them
Communicative, open personality with high social competence and pedagogical skill
Structured thinking and working style and motivation for development processes
