About the job

• Managing projects during the execution phase and detailed planning

• Independently handling planning and sub-project assignments

• Leading the internal project team

• Taking on construction administrative tasks

• Communication with clients, authorities and contractors

• Construction schedule planning (planning the planning)

• Completed training as a Technician HF or Architect

• Professional experience in the execution phase

• Enthusiasm for work and diverse projects and tasks

• Precise and goal-oriented work are among your strengths and you keep an overview even in

complex projects

• You act independently between authorities, companies, clients and our

project team.

• High expertise and confident knowledge of ArchiCAD, MS Office, SIA standards and

building law as well as good German language skills in spoken and written form

• And of course, a desire to be part of a fantastic team
