Our team in Zurich is looking to complement with a spatial specialist coordinator HVACSE (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS
Technical responsibility for spatial specialist coordination
Coordination between departments, internal teams and external partners (cross-trade)
Creation and review of phase-appropriate coordination documents
Leading meetings and ICE sessions in collaboration with the overall project manager
Participation in specific meetings with other specialist planners (e.g. architect, structural engineer, electrical, etc.)
Independent organisation of timely coordination tasks and pending items in various projects
Support in creating recess plans in collaboration with the individual trades
YOUR PROFILE
Diploma in building technology HF or currently in training is an advantage
Professional experience in a similar position
Practical experience in spatial specialist coordination and building technology projects
Experience with Revit in building technology is an advantage
Experience in individual trades is an advantage
Enjoy planning in the digital model and open to developing further with BIM. We support you and have experience.
Team player type and enjoy actively contributing to project success in a young, dynamic team
Interdisciplinary thinking, skilled in negotiation and communication
