Who are we looking for?

You enjoy working independently and in a structured manner, are resilient, flexible and willing to work overtime or seasonal shift work. Customer orientation and enjoyment of working with machines characterise you. In addition, you have a high level of professional leadership competence in day-to-day business, are a team player and demonstrate exemplary behaviour in conflicts, collaboration and compliance with behavioural regulations (e.g. health and occupational safety requirements).

What are your tasks?

As part of our production team, you are responsible for the timely production of the assigned products in flawless quality according to the daily schedule.

Your tasks include:

• Direct professional leadership of the production employees in your area (approx. 1-3 persons)

• Assignment of production orders and organisation of the daily schedule in coordination with the AVOR department and the plant manager

• Responsibility for the proper use, cleaning and maintenance of machines and tools

• Responsible for compliance with all health and occupational safety measures for the assigned production team

• Participation in production (material management, spot welding, packaging), approx. 80% of the workload

• Ensuring a high level of customer service and high productivity

• Solid expertise in the operation and maintenance of production machines from the metalworking sector

• Manual dexterity as well as a good understanding of processes

• Fluent German skills (spoken)

• Willingness to work overtime or seasonal shift work
