YOUR TASKS

• Implementation of the nursing mandate within the framework of the nursing process and individual reference care
• Commitment in the psychiatric women-specific context with the aim of excellent nursing quality in the sense of best practice
• Co-designing treatment steps in the interprofessional team
• Responsibility in milieu work on the ward and leading nursing group offers
• Support of the training mandate and supervision of trainees / students

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a HF nurse with two years of professional experience in psychiatry is an advantage
• Nursing expertise to take over the care of our patients with different diagnoses
• Enjoyment of working in a dynamically development-oriented area with a confident personality
• Willingness to learn and to develop both professionally and personally
