Responsibilities

In this exciting position as Personnel and Client Advisor (m/f), you are the link between our clients and candidates. You use your network to acquire new talents and clients, maintain existing relationships, and support both sides in optimally filling open positions. You contribute your own ideas and actively shape our success.

Your daily work is varied: you conduct job interviews, advise clients on personnel solutions, create job advertisements, and are responsible for matching candidates and clients. You use modern tools and work closely with your team. Every day brings new challenges and the opportunity to quickly take on responsibility.

Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial basic training (EFZ)
• Initial professional experience in personnel leasing or strong motivation to enter the industry
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and creativity
• Good MS Office skills and the ability to recognise interconnected contexts.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Willingness to take responsibility and develop further
