About the job
Gerontopsychiatry with humour, attitude and humanity.
With us, people are allowed to be who they are.
Loud, quiet, humorous, headstrong, sometimes chaotic — and always unique.
For our gerontopsychiatric department, we are looking for a certified nursing specialist with a vocational training role who combines expertise with heart and meets young people with as much patience as our residents.
Do you want to pass on your nursing knowledge and accompany learners in everyday life?
In autumn 2026, we will expand our existing gerontopsychiatry department in the new building and specifically enhance the care of people with mental illnesses in old age. You can expect a committed team where you can actively contribute your expertise, experience and joy in vocational training. We look forward to meeting you.
The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being comprehensively modernised through new construction and renovations and supplemented with 86 new retirement apartments.
For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for an expert, reliable and committed individual as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH with Additional Vocational Training Role (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.
