For our Volg branch in Wettingen we are looking for a motivated, independent, and upbeat personality for the position of immediately or by arrangement

• You manage the branch as well as the associated team (5-6 employees)
• You plan and coordinate the personnel deployment
• You advise, serve, and support our customers in a friendly, professional, and joyful manner
• You ensure timely orders and product presentation
• You check and verify the incoming goods.
• Ensure fresh goods in the areas of fruits and vegetables, meat, and dairy products
• You handle administrative tasks including cash register accounting
• You maintain order and cleanliness throughout the area

• You have training as a retail salesperson, preferably at Volg, as well as several years of experience as a branch manager with personnel management
• You are a food professional who thinks economically, is organized, and also actively pitches in
• You are resilient
• You have confident German language skills
• You have a high sense of responsibility
• You are flexible and perceive the working hours at VOLG positively
