YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY WITH US

• Setup and maintenance of the repair workshop and spare parts
• Error analysis, repairs, and QC on LED systems and MediaPlayout systems, as well as peripheral devices
• Technical communication, coordination of spare parts and special solutions with our factory in Shenzhen/CN
• Maintenance and service work on the systems with support from technicians "on field"
• Customer operational support (on-call duties)
• Warehouse and logistics tasks
• Operating the LED systems in stadiums or event locations

IDEALLY, YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING SKILLS

• Relevant completed technical training, Multimedia Electronics Technician EFZ
• Technical understanding of image processing, AV systems, signal distribution, LED technology
• High degree of initiative, reliability, and customer orientation
• Confident handling of common Apple programmes and office and project software
• Native language: German, good English skills
• Willingness to travel nationally/internationally, driving licence category B
