Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
For an established Swiss company, we are looking for an experienced and independent personality for finance and accounting. You can expect a responsible position in which you manage the ongoing financial accounting, prepare financial statements and act as the central contact person for financial matters.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the ongoing financial accounting
You assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
You oversee the accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger accounting
You monitor payment transactions and ensure timely processing
You prepare evaluations, key figures and other financial analyses
You contribute to budgeting and controlling
You collaborate with fiduciary, auditors and other external partners
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education with further training in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification
You bring several years of experience in independent financial accounting
You have solid knowledge in finance and accounting
You are confident in using MS Office
Ideally, you have experience with Bexio or comparable ERP/accounting software
Knowledge in controlling and reporting is a plus
You have very good German language skills
