• Daily recording and billing of minibar sales
• Checking the minibar bills of the chambermaids and depot refillers
• Calculating daily and monthly cost of goods sold; preparing monthly cost of goods reports
• Conducting inventories and stock checks in the minibar depots, taking into account the expiration dates
• Maintenance and upkeep of the minibars
• Ensuring proper office organization including filing and data backup

• Successfully completed vocational training as a hotel specialist or comparable qualification is an advantage
• Career changers are also welcome and will be gladly trained by us
• Good IT skills, preferably with the hotel software Opera, POS system, and Microsoft Office applications
• Very good German and English skills
• Friendly, open, and professional appearance
