Your tasks
- Patient management: You design treatment plans, manage admission and discharge processes, and ensure that our patients always feel well cared for
- Administration and organization: You handle mail processing, the telephone switchboard, and support us in further developing our processes
- Information and communication: You are the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and employees – with heart and overview
- Finance: You are responsible for cash management including monthly closings
You bring with you
- Education: A completed education in the commercial or paramedical field
- Experience: Experience in healthcare or a similar function
- IT skills: Confident handling of IT systems (Word, Excel, planning tools, etc.)
- Languages: Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Personality: You are characterized by a strong service mindset, an independent working style as well as pronounced organizational and coordination talent, and convince with teamwork, flexibility, and reliability
