TOI TOI AG is a leading company for mobile sanitary solutions throughout Switzerland with around 140 employees. Our product range extends from simple toilet cabins to luxury sanitary containers or room containers with customised fittings. In addition, we offer a variety of supplementary products and complementary services. We are committed daily to hygienic WC facilities and thus support the "makers" on construction sites and events. To strengthen our team, we are immediately seeking a dedicated clerk for finance and accounting 100%.

Your tasks

• Support in financial accounting (accounts receivable and accounts payable)
• Assistance in dunning and debt collection
• Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of reports and analyses
• Tasks in asset accounting

Your profile

• Completed commercial training with several years of professional experience in financial accounting
• Further training as an accounting clerk with certificate is an advantage
• German native language, good knowledge of French, knowledge of Italian is a plus
• Good MS Office skills, especially confident use of Excel
• Knowledge of the accounting software ABACUS is desirable
• Independent, precise, solution-oriented and punctual working style
• Committed, team-oriented and flexible personality
