A. Bill AG operates in the fields of building construction, customer masonry, asbestos remediation, and real estate in the Bern and Solothurn area, employing over 100 staff. Our real estate department manages a diverse portfolio with over 700 rental apartments, 1,100 parking spaces, and around 80 commercial premises.

Do you enjoy challenging and responsible tasks? You might be interested in the vacant position from 1 December 2026 as Property Manager 80-100 % (m/f/d).

Your tasks

• You are fully responsible for managing a portfolio of rental properties including residential and commercial buildings, as well as condominium owners' associations
• You conduct condominium owners' meetings
• You take or review the minutes
• You check creditors and ensure the interface with our real estate accounting
• You support and advise tenants and owners and manage the facility managers
• You are responsible for ensuring, executing, and accompanying maintenance as well as periodic condition assessments including reporting
• You carry out rental contract changes, rent adjustments, and indexed rent adjustments
• You monitor the current rent policy and advise property owners on rent setting
• You assist with the preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements and creditor accounting

Your profile

• You hold a Federal Certificate of Competence in Property Management or an equivalent further education in the real estate sector
• You have several years of professional experience in the real estate industry, experience in tenancy law, and basic construction knowledge
• You possess high social and self-competence with the ability for self-management
• You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally, and enjoy interacting with people
• You have an affinity for technology, can apply new technologies, and are open to new things
• You have self-learning competence and enjoy passing on your knowledge to others
• You communicate in business-fluent German, both spoken and written. Foreign languages such as English & French are an advantage
