Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and timely delivery of monthly management reports and analysis
- Monitor the progress of reporting tasks within the Group Accounting and Reporting Team to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
- Assist in the monthly, half-year, and year-end closing processes according to IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER
- Support intercompany reconciliation activities during month-end closings
- Help maintain and further develop reporting tools (e.g. OneStream, SAP Business Warehouse)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify accounting issues and support accurate reporting
- Contribute to various projects related to financial reporting, standard setting, and process optimization
- Perform administrative and coordination tasks to support the overall functioning of the Group Accounting and Reporting Team
- Provide ad-hoc support to senior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or similar field
- First experience (e.g. internships or entry-level roles) in accounting, controlling, or audit is an asset
- Basic understanding of IFRS and/or Swiss GAAP FER
- Initial experience or strong interest in working with tools like OneStream, SAP R/3, SAP BW, or similar systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; willingness to further develop technical reporting skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive with a structured approach to work
- Eager to learn in a dynamic, international environment
- Team-oriented, hands-on, and willing to support both analytical and administrative tasks
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage
