The Finance and IT Department brings its expertise in the financial management of the company, purchasing, asset management, and IT services. Want to have a concrete impact on the performance of strategic energy activities?
Join us as an Investment Controller to support the financial management of our activities within the Group.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute concretely to the energy transition by securing the profitability and value creation of our investments
- Be a key partner for business units and project managers in establishing and reviewing investment files and business plans, clarifying decisions by ensuring consistency between different operational segments.
- Support the group investment committee in monitoring projects and investment programs, highlighting issues and trade-offs
- Deploy simple standards and tools (models, rules, indicators) to ensure reliability and strengthen the management of infrastructure projects.
- Provide visibility to the organization through clear investment reporting (progress, costs, forecasts) and actionable recommendations, both at the individual project and portfolio levels
- Monitor investment envelopes, identify variances, and propose arbitration scenarios in collaboration with stakeholders
- Support investment projects throughout their lifecycle (from approval to closure) and secure the expected performance
- Facilitate the finance-business link: support the Project Management Office and project teams, ensure data reliability, and continuously improve practices
Profile:
- Higher education in finance: Federal Diploma of Expert in Finance and Controlling and/or university degree (HEC or equivalent) or equivalent training;
- Confirmed experience of 5 to 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a similar finance/controlling role;
- Comprehensive financial expertise and mastery of budgets, investments, controlling, business cases, Balanced Scorecard (BSC), and analytical concepts;
- Proficiency in D365 FO, PowerBI software, and Microsoft office tools;
- You stand out for your rigor, speed, and precision, as well as your strong analytical and synthesis skills; endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to convince, listen, and remain effective even under pressure.
