From 1 August 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking to complement our team in Uster with your support as a Clerk Business Control (50-60%)
Job Description
The Central Services are responsible for business control and for all centrally solvable tasks for the Public Prosecutor's Office See / Oberland.
The varied, interesting range of tasks includes the following:
• Electronic recording and completion of prosecutorial cases
• Control of completed files
• Completion of general clerical tasks as well as advice/support of the case handlers in financial matters and business control
• Processing of the office's email
• Various organisational and administrative tasks (mail processing, KDMZ material management, etc.)
Requirements
You have completed commercial or equivalent training and already have several years of successful secretarial work as well as an accurate and efficient working style. A confident handling of various IT tools and applications is required.
Fluent German is a matter of course for you. You are service-oriented, resilient, have an organisational flair and enjoy working in a well-rehearsed, small team.
