In recent years, the Swiss Red Cross (SRC) headquarters in Bern / Wabern, together with several cantonal Red Cross associations, has built a modern, cross-functional CRM platform.
For ongoing operations and especially the continuous development of the CRM modules for our diverse service offerings and volunteer work, we are looking for a committed and experienced individual immediately or by arrangement as CRM Application Manager (80-100%).
What you can achieve
In this exciting role, you are one of the central contacts for our CRM platform and actively shape its further development:
- Responsibility for operation, support, and further development of our Salesforce CRM landscape together with other team members
- Analysis and specification of requirements from various departments
- Partially independent implementation of requirements within our CRM platform
- Ensuring smooth application operation including incident, problem, and change management
- Supporting our users in CRM and process handling (2nd-level support)
- Close collaboration with internal customers, developers, integrators, and external service providers
- Participation in projects to further develop the CRM system landscape
- Maintenance, quality assurance, and further development of data models, processes, and interfaces
What you bring with you
- Completed education in computer science or business administration – or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience as an application manager, business analyst, or CRM responsible person
- Ideally experience with Salesforce (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, or Marketing Cloud)
- Knowledge of complex IT landscapes, data models, and integration architectures
- Understanding of business processes and strong process affinity
- Customer-oriented personality with strong communication and consulting skills
- Structured, reliable, and self-organized working style
- Very good German or French skills (C2), ideally with good knowledge of the other national language (B2)
- Technical English (reading, writing)
