Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

- You monitor and post receivables, conduct dunning processes, and represent accounts payable during absences
- You handle incoming and outgoing mail and take care of invoice recording
- You are responsible for the accounting of certain group companies
- You prepare VAT declarations for various countries and manage the required document verification
- You check documents for correct VAT information
- You control the billing of company credit cards
- You assist in preparing quarterly and annual financial statements
- You order office supplies, book hotels and flights, and perform general administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial education with further training in accounting
- You have experience in accounting/bookkeeping
- You have a certain IT affinity
- Very good German and English skills
- Your colleagues would describe you as an open, communicative, and proactive personality
