About the job
Your Tasks
- Management of the ward pharmacies
- Preparation of patient-specific daily dosages on the various nursing wards
- Contact person for inquiries from doctors and nursing staff regarding the range of medicines
- Responsibility for compliance with and implementation of the applicable quality standards
- Processing medication changes in the Medifilm tool as well as ordering Medifilms
- Stock control as well as administrative and organizational tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the hospital pharmacy
- Maintaining the assortment in the materials management system
- Processing medication returns
- Conducting narcotics controls
- Recording meetings (e.g., drug commission meetings)
- Health professionals can also work in the nursing tool
- Enthusiasm and initiative for optimal collaboration with all departments in the hospital
Your Profile
- Pharmaceutical Assistant, Medical Practice Assistant, Medical Practice Coordinator, Health Professional, or Drugstore Specialist
- Several years of experience in pharmaceutical activities, preferably in a hospital
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in common IT programs (MS Office)
- High adaptability
- Independent, solution-oriented, flexible personality with precise and efficient working style
- Very good organizational and communication skills
- High performance and willingness to learn, resilience, initiative, and teamwork skills
- Strong quality and sense of responsibility
