Your tasks
- Programming and optimising CNC processes in Mastercam, focusing on stable processes and consistently high execution quality
- Driving the CAM strategy and actively contributing to the further development of manufacturing competencies within the company
- Developing CAM guidelines, programming concepts, and digital structures for tools and process data
- Identifying improvement potential regarding efficiency, digitalisation, and automation, and consistently implementing corresponding measures
- Passing on CAM knowledge to employees through targeted training and securing manufacturing know-how within the company
- Maintaining master data in CAM and MES systems as well as participating in projects related to MES, digitalisation, and investment initiatives
Your profile
- Completed technical basic training in the machining sector, ideally as a polymechanic EFZ, supplemented by further education at HF or FH level, preferably in process technology, production technology, or mechanical engineering
- Sound knowledge in CNC machining as well as proven experience as a CAM specialist, knowledge of Mastercam is an advantage
- Initial experience with Fanuc CNC controls
- Experience with manufacturing execution systems and ERP systems as well as in digitalisation and automation projects
- Strong coordination and communication skills, committed, resilient, and independent working style with a high degree of organisation
- German: fluent (C2) / English: very good (B2)
