These are your tasks
- Support organisational units in demanding legal issues and accompany them in infrastructure projects
- Advise specialist departments on procurement, construction and administrative law, review related topics and develop practical solutions
- Take on defined legal areas and be responsible for a high quality of legal services
- Conduct procedures independently or coordinate efficiently and purposefully with external legal advice
This is what sets you apart
- Completed studies in law (lawyer’s licence an advantage)
- Several years of professional experience in public administration, as an in-house lawyer or in a business-oriented law firm
- Sound knowledge of Swiss procurement, construction and administrative law as well as ideally experience in energy law
- Interest in interdisciplinary issues and economic contexts
- Independent, solution-oriented and practical working style as well as the ability to analyse complex contexts and include entrepreneurial aspects
- Initiative, sense of responsibility and team spirit
- Very good editorial and communication skills in German
