We are looking for a Logistician to complement our team and play a central role in the material supply of our mechanical production, where you will ensure smooth processes, stable inventories, and close collaboration with many interfaces. Endress+Hauser Flowtec AG in Reinach is part of the global Endress+Hauser Group and develops and produces innovative flow measuring devices for customers in various industries.
What is the role about?

In this role, you will significantly contribute to ensuring that our mechanical production in a 2‑shift operation is reliably supplied. You will work closely with production, planning, purchasing, and other interfaces and, as part of our production organisation, be an important hub in the operational logistics daily routine.
What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- ensure the material supply of our mechanical production in a 2‑shift operation and thus enable smooth production processes
- act as the central contact person for production, operators, and setup personnel and coordinate the involved parties
- monitor and actively ensure material inventories based on reports and key figures
- take responsibility for a stable daily business, especially for inventory management, material supply, and consistent adherence to the FIFO‑principle
- conduct inventories and be responsible for SAP bookings such as goods movements and corrections
- prepare and actively support shopfloor management and work closely with planning, purchasing, and other internal interfaces
What do we expect from you?
You:
- have completed basic training as a Logistician EFZ and bring relevant professional experience
- are proficient with MS‑Office, especially Excel, and routinely use IT‑tools in daily work
- have SAP knowledge and apply it to logistical processes
- have initial practical experience with forklifts; a forklift licence is an advantage
- enjoy communicating with different contacts, feel confident in spoken and written German, and English skills are a plus
- are characterised by a structured, independent, and responsible way of working and set priorities deliberately
