Senior IT Project Manager / Business Analyst

Your tasks

• Understand business processes end-to-end, gather requirements, and develop a solid understanding of the needs of internal customers along the entire value chain
• Act as the central interface between departments and IT, translate requirements into clear, actionable, and technically feasible solutions, advise stakeholders with well-founded decision-making bases
• Develop solution variants, assess risks, estimate effort and plan resources, moderate workshops, interviews, and reviews to bring together different perspectives into viable results
• Take responsibility for business initiatives with IT relevance from the idea to successful implementation and anchoring in the organisation
• Responsible for planning, control, budget as well as risk and project controlling, closely accompany implementation, ensure correct interpretation of requirements and guarantee the quality of solutions
• Act as a sparring partner with senior experience and support the continuous development of methods and standards

Your profile

• Completed training or degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in a senior role as a business analyst and IT project manager in complex organisations
• Strong end-to-end process understanding and the ability to comprehensively capture, structure, and clearly communicate technical and business contexts
• High IT affinity and solid experience in digitalisation and transformation projects
• Strong communication skills and experience dealing with diverse stakeholders as well as managing internal and external partners
• Very structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style combined with analytical thinking, technical understanding, and a strong results orientation
• Confident German language skills as well as good English skills for collaboration with external partners and understanding technical documentation
