About the job

Your Task

You will assume the commercial, personnel and strategic overall responsibility for the division in the Zurichsee / Rapperswil area. You do not lead from behind a desk, but are present – with your employees, your customers and in the market.

Your main tasks include:

• Leading, promoting and further developing your team
• Maintaining existing customer relationships as well as acquiring new business opportunities
• Entrepreneurial responsibility for sales, budget and profit
• Further development of the company strategy
• Ensuring economical and high-quality project execution
• Active collaboration with customers, partners and internal stakeholders

What You Bring

You have solid leadership experience in the electrical industry and understand both the technical and business environment.

Ideally, you bring:

• Further training as an electrical master or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in a senior leadership role
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Enjoyment in developing people and achieving success together
