For Ullrich Hospitality AG, we are looking for a production kitchen chef (m/f/d) by arrangement.

Ullrich Concepts supports companies in business development and strategic alignment. With comprehensive know-how in business development and gastro-conception, it offers customised solutions.

Ullrich Fiduciary offers fiduciary services for various mandates from different sectors, ranging from financial accounting and controlling to human resources.

Ullrich Hospitality, based in Arlesheim, is one of the leading event and catering companies in Switzerland. We organise large-scale events throughout Switzerland with up to 6500 people and operate several event locations, an event hall and seminar rooms. Our young team stands for a hands-on mentality, innovative concepts and experiential character – far beyond classic gastronomy. We create culinary, organisational and emotional moments that remain memorable.

We employ around 70 staff and place great importance on ensuring that not only our customers and partners, but also our employees have a unique and positive experience with us.

Your tasks

Production – Preparation of cold and hot dishes for our outlets, catering and events

Hygiene – Maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen, adhering to hygiene regulations

Logistics – Packing and labelling prepared dishes for our outlets, catering and events

Flexible – Assisting with catering and events as needed

Requirements

Training – Completed training as a chef EFZ

Flexible – You are flexible in various departments and have initial experience in catering and events

Communication – You have business fluent German skills

Teamwork – You enjoy working in a team and integrate well into existing structures

Working style – You are proactive, flexible and keep an overview even in hectic situations
