About the job
What you can achieve
- You professionally care for and advise our patients and their relatives with high-quality nursing and ensure a high-quality nursing process
- You organise your work area independently and take on daily responsibility when required
- You take on the educational leadership of the learning unit and support trainees in their professional and personal development
- You actively shape the training day – from planning through implementation to reflection and quality assurance of learning processes – and coordinate training on the ward including recruitment of trainees
- You work closely with the vocational training manager, trainers, and leadership personnel, implement joint projects, and coach the trainers within the team
- You work in a 3-shift system within a committed leadership and nursing team and are responsible for patient safety as well as the quality of training and care
What you bring
- HF Diploma or Bachelor FH in Nursing as well as pedagogical further training (at least SVEB 1)
- Experience as a trainer, ideally in a lead role
- Enjoyment in supporting and mentoring trainees as well as strong pedagogical skills
- A patient-oriented, responsible, and quality-focused working style with entrepreneurial thinking
- Organisational skills, leadership competence, and a strong team and service orientation
- Willingness for continuous further education and training in vocational education
