• Completed vocational training and professional experience in insurance, preferably in health insurance
• Convincing appearance, enjoyment of customer contact and good communication skills
• Winning and resilient personality combined with a strong customer and service orientation
• High degree of independence and flexibility, regional ties
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
• Enjoyment of modern and contemporary digital tools
