Production Employee in 3-Shift Operation 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

The Business Unit Operations produces parts for all Hamilton companies, from injection-moulded parts to pipette tips for liquid handling, as well as metal and plastic components. Our goal is to produce as many parts in-house as possible. This keeps us agile, independent, and efficient.

This is what you can achieve:

• Operation and monitoring of production equipment including injection moulding, automation, and packaging machines
• Detecting, analysing, and resolving simple malfunctions as well as initiating appropriate immediate measures
• Reporting and documenting malfunctions and collaborating with maintenance on technical issues
• Conducting quality controls and documentation
• Documenting production data and equipment status
• Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality regulations

This is what you bring:

• Completed vocational training in a technical or industrial profession or comparable professional experience
• Experience as an operator, machine operator, or production employee
• Technical understanding and confident handling of process control systems and production equipment
• Independent, careful, and responsible working style
• Team spirit, reliability, and assertiveness
• Resilience and flexibility
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Good German skills (B1)
