Head of Garage Operations & After Sales 100% (m/f/d)

• Overall responsibility for the operational management of a garage operation with a focus on After Sales
• Leadership, promotion and further development of employees
• Planning of personnel resources and ensuring optimal utilisation
• Responsibility for the economic development of the operational area
• Control and optimisation of workflows, quality and efficiency
• Ensuring a professional and customer-oriented service experience
• Support of key customers as well as sustainable maintenance and development of customer relationships
• Professional handling and resolution of demanding customer concerns
• Ensuring and further development of internal quality standards
• Close cooperation with company management and other internal specialist departments

• Completed vocational training in the automotive trade
• Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry
• Leadership experience, ideally in workshop, customer service or after-sales environment
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment in leading, motivating and developing employees
• High customer and service orientation
• Organisational talent as well as independent and solution-oriented working style
• Confident handling of modern IT, ERP or industry-specific systems
• Very good German language skills
• French and/or English skills are an advantage
