For our WUMA in Frenkendorf (residential groups for unaccompanied minor asylum seekers) we are looking from 01.08.2026, limited until 31.01.2027 with the possibility of extension, for a
Dipl. Social Pedagogue FH/HF 70% - 90% (m/f/d)
Your field of activity:- Care of unaccompanied adolescent asylum seekers (UMA) aged between 14 and 18 years in the daily life of the residential group
- The aim of your work is to promote these young people in their personal and social development as well as to support them in their integration tasks and to prepare them for an independent way of life
- You provide adolescent asylum seekers, based on our pedagogical concept, primarily with orientation and security and respond appropriately and competently to their individual needs
- Promotion of skills as well as leisure activities and group activities
- Joint design of the group daily routine with the young people, whereby you place great value on promoting their independence and are jointly responsible for the group rules and appropriate condition
- Case management of approx. 4 young people, including writing and composing development reports, support plans and protocols
- Degree in Social Pedagogy HF/FH
- Excellent and proven professional and social skills in working with young people
- Driving licence category B is a prerequisite
- You are a sensitive and trustworthy person who easily gains access to the adolescent asylum seekers
- Strong perception skills to quickly gain a comprehensive overview of an overall situation
