We are building a new kind of property management from the ground up – efficient, digital, and focused on the essentials.
For this, we are not looking for a classic property manager, but an entrepreneurially minded individual who feels comfortable in operational management and at the same time is eager to question, simplify, or completely redesign existing processes.
Your role – operationally strong, actively shaping
You will be responsible for a growing portfolio of residential properties in the city of Zurich and its agglomeration, while simultaneously developing modern processes and solutions in property management with us. You will work closely with our FM and digital teams, bringing your experience and your perspective on the bigger picture.
Your scope of work
- Operational management of residential properties: tenant management, re-letting, coordination of repairs, tenancy law issues
- Leadership and control of FM service providers and external partners
- Active participation in shaping and optimising management processes – focusing on efficiency, digitalisation, and automation
- Conducting property inspections, planning and monitoring maintenance
- Preparation of budgets, reports, and market analyses
- Communication and negotiation with owners, tenants, authorities, and contractors
What you bring
- At least 4 years of professional experience in the operational management of residential properties
- Federal diploma as a property manager
- Enjoyment of digital tools, AI, and openness to new, smart solutions
- Good knowledge of tenancy law and real estate accounting
- Very good German skills, English an advantage
- Independent, proactive working style with high personal responsibility
- Courage to question things – and enthusiasm to help shape new approaches
