- Plan and manage assigned projects from start to finish.
- Create offers and take on new projects as needed.
- Support project execution and optimization, including special projects.
Skills
- Completed training as an electrician or similar field.
- Customer-oriented and structured working style.
- Excellent German skills, French is a plus.

About the job
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual who independently plans, coordinates, and successfully implements projects. In this role, you take responsibility for your projects from planning to execution and work closely with customers, employees, and internal interfaces.
YOUR TASKS
- Planning and scheduling of assigned projects
- Preparation of quotations and acquisition of new projects
- Coordination of order processing including deadline monitoring
- Support in the implementation and optimisation of projects
- Participation in or management of special projects (e.g. charging stations, PVA, smart home, KNX)
WHAT YOU BRING
- Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ or assembly electrician EFZ
- Further training as a safety advisor FA, project manager FA, or technical business administrator (or in training)
- Customer-oriented and structured working style
- Networked thinking and initiative
- Very good German skills, French is an advantage
- Leadership experience is a plus but not a must
