The LANDI THULA cooperative is an agricultural, retail, and energy trading company based in Matzingen. With around 160 employees, we operate four Landi stores, six Volg stores, one Prima shop, one Top shop, eight gas stations, and four agricultural locations. We offer the regional agriculture a comprehensive range of production aids. With our stores, fuels, and renewable energies, we efficiently and sustainably supply the entire region from Hörnli to Thurland.

For the apprenticeship start August 2026, we offer you an optimal training opportunity in our VOLG store in Thundorf. You are an outgoing and sociable personality and are interested in the apprenticeship as a retail specialist EFZ (m/f/d) "Food: Creating shopping experiences"

• You will complete the 3-year apprenticeship as a retail specialist EFZ
• You will learn to serve customers professionally, be a competent contact person, and actively sell our products
• You will acquire comprehensive industry, professional, and product knowledge
• You will present the goods attractively in the store to encourage purchases
• You will assist with inventory management, ordering, and online orders
• Working at the cash register is also part of your duties

• As a secondary school student level E, you have good academic performance
• You enjoy daily customer contact and advising
• You have a positive attitude towards work, are hands-on, and motivated to achieve your learning goals
• You are communicative, reliable, honest, and helpful
• You have an interest in our diverse food assortment
• You have passed the Multicheck for retail specialists with an overall result of at least "sufficient"
