We are looking for a
Operations Group Leader 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- You take over the management of the operation according to business management principles, ensure sustainable success and bring in innovative ideas
- With commitment, you lead, recruit, train and develop your team and strengthen a motivating and positive work culture
- You are responsible for administrative tasks such as accounting, budget control and personnel administration – you keep the operation organisationally on a successful course
- You actively pitch in at the operation and use your energy and ideas to continuously develop the business activity
- You maintain contact with customers, guests, suppliers and other interfaces, build trusting partnerships and strengthen the operation sustainably
- Whether internal or external events – you organise and lead them, create special experiences and ensure unforgettable moments
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00, 6 times a year weekend deployment
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training in the gastronomy sector such as hotel management school, ideally combined with a G2 operations manager certificate
- You bring 2–4 years of leadership experience from a small or medium-sized gastronomy operation – ideally in the banking or insurance sector and dealing with demanding customers
- As a host personality, you score with high social competence, a winning appearance as well as an organised and solution-oriented working style
- You are IT-savvy and have solid knowledge of calculation and inventory management systems
- You have very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, as well as good French skills
- You hold a category B driving licence
- An impeccable reputation is required
