Job Description

• Holistic care and support of guests according to the care mission statement and care process

• Assuming the role of primary nursing contact person

• Responsibility for managing and implementing the care process for assigned guests

• Conducting care needs assessment according to RAI

• Electronic care documentation with CareCoach

• Planning, organising, and accompanying medical visits

• Taking on late shifts from 16:00 or 17:00

• Leading case discussions and nursing reports

• Assuming the role of topic leader in a specialist area

• Participation in the group-wide network to ensure and further develop care quality

Requirements Profile

• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage

• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to complete the relevant training

• Warm, appreciative, and humourful attitude

• Enjoyment of varied and diverse challenges

• Good German language skills, spoken and written

• Independent, responsible, and reliable working style

• Teamwork skills and high social competence

• Commitment to high-quality care and support

• Openness to changes and new developments in everyday care
