Backoffice Sales Specialist B2B (with French skills) (m/f/d)
Your tasks
You are responsible for the order processing of the assigned B2B resellers in the team and ensure that the right products are delivered at the right price, in the right quantity, and at the right place.
You handle department-specific administrative tasks such as maintaining “End of Life items”, processing cancellation requests, handling order blocks, etc., and respond to customer inquiries regarding delivery dates and product availability.
In your new work environment, you are also the central hub between sales and other internal departments, manufacturers, and customers.
You actively support us in process optimizations (e.g., incorporating artificial intelligence) to increase profitability and efficiency.
What you bring
You have a commercial education or a retail qualification with further training in the commercial field.
Professional experience in a similar role.
You are used to working independently and in a process-oriented manner and have a high customer orientation.
You are a proactive, goal-oriented, and persuasive personality with a friendly and competent demeanor and good communication skills.
You have very good German and French skills and basic knowledge of English.
