This is what you move
- Expansion and retention of business relationships for our hotels Renaissance Zurich Tower Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott Zurich North, Courtyard by Marriott Basel and Moxy Zurich
- Professional telephone and written customer support, especially planning and preparation of events and groups including offer and contract creation
- Administration of rates and availabilities in cooperation with reception, revenue & event sales
- Entry of name lists using Marriott tools
- Consistent implementation of Marriott and SV standards and compliance with guidelines and LSOPs
This is what you bring with you
- Completed training in the hotel or event sector as well as initial professional experience in the hotel industry
- You enjoy communicating in different languages, confident use of German and English, French is an advantage
- Good PC skills in Word, Excel and OPERA are desirable (Marriott tools are an advantage)
- Strong assertiveness and enjoyment in providing excellent service
- Flexibility as well as quick action and rethinking due to economic and financial situations
