Job Description
- Drives and coordinates finance transformation initiatives, managing a portfolio of projects to improve finance processes, systems, and ways of working
- Manages day-to-day delivery of transformation projects (ERP, BI, automation) aligned to the transformation roadmap
- Identifies and prioritizes opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and automation
- Supports operating model redesign, including roles, governance structures, and finance capability development
- Leads change management activities — communications, training, and stakeholder readiness
- Acts as liaison between the Finance Transformation team and business stakeholders
- Maintains portfolio governance, documentation, and provides data-driven insights to leadership
Qualifications
- Proven experience in finance transformation, process improvement, and digital enablement
- Strong project management track record — on time, within scope, across cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, BI tools, and automation platforms
- Change management experience, including communication and training support
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in international or distributed team environments is a plus
