The job: As a Business Development Manager Enduser, you will be part of our sales team.
Your tasks will include:
- Acquiring new customers as well as supporting and expanding existing end customers in the strategic target markets Construction Enterprise & Rental
- Responsibility for sales and margins for your own customer portfolio as well as positioning our professional brands at the end-customer level
- Sales of power tools, hand tools, and storage solutions through defined trade partners to large end customers
- Conducting product demonstrations, training, needs analyses, and assortment expansion to sustainably increase sales
- Developing and implementing strategic customer concepts including listings, activity planning, event support, and Salesforce documentation
- Monitoring and communicating market, customer, and competitor developments
What you bring:
You are eager to continuously develop yourself, enjoy trying new things, and approach changes with curiosity and openness. Additionally, you bring:
- A degree in business administration or commercial/technical training with several years of field sales experience in the tool industry, ideally power tools and an international environment
- Negotiation skills, a sense for growth opportunities, as well as business thinking and acting
- Experience in selling complex products and technical understanding of professional tools and accessories
- Confident appearance at all levels, strong communication skills, ambition, determination, as well as strategic, conceptual, and organisational competence
- Very good German, good English, and MS Office skills as well as a high willingness to travel within Switzerland
