• Designing the nursing process together with patients

• Taking on and managing complex and demanding tasks
  

You will complete the practical part at aarReha Schinznach and the theoretical part at the HF Health and Social Education provider in Aarau or HF Nursing Olten. Since September 2025, HFGS Aarau has offered part-time training - we gladly support this option as an employer.

• Completion of a three-year vocational training with a federal certificate of competence, a DMS/FMS diploma, or a gymnasium diploma (a completed apprenticeship as a health specialist EFZ entitles you to a shortened two-year study)
• Empathy and high social competence in dealing with patients and their relatives as well as in collaboration with employees and doctors
• Customer and service orientation
• Strong sense of responsibility and independence
• Willingness to further develop your expertise and make an important contribution to the success of our clinic
• Completed aptitude procedure at HFGS or HFPO

During your practical assignments, you will gain insight into various specialist areas and rehabilitation departments (geriatric, internal medicine, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation). When achieving your competencies and skills, you will be supported and accompanied by professional profiles and the training manager.
