The position

• You are responsible for smaller to medium-sized projects in terms of construction and design, including their planning, supervision and control
• You independently handle the phases of project planning, execution and detailed planning
• You lead, coordinate and organise your project team of internal specialists and external planners
• You monitor quality, costs and deadlines and ensure a smooth project process
• You are the competent contact person for clients, authorities, companies and all stakeholders involved in the project

Your profile

• Degree as FH or ETH architect or certified technician HF construction planning architecture
• Basic training as an EFZ architectural draughtsperson is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in project execution in Switzerland (> 10 million CHF)
• Knowledgeable in Swiss standards and contract documents
• Solid expertise in constructive and practical detailed and execution planning
• Passion for complex projects in all construction tasks
• Whether independently or in a team, you convince as an uncomplicated, pragmatic and solution-oriented doer who enjoys challenges and handles pressure situations confidently
• Organisational skills, structured and methodical working style, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Knowledge of ArchiCAD (2D, 3D, BIM) is an advantage
• You are confident in negotiations, speak German and have experienced use of MS Office
• Leadership experience completes your profile
