About the job

On behalf of our client, a Genevan watchmaking company, we are looking for a Quality Controller wishing to join a demanding environment and directly contribute to product excellence.

Your tasks

• Carry out visual and dimensional inspections to verify the conformity of components and products.
• Accurately analyse the results obtained and identify any defects or non-conformities.
• Use the various measuring instruments and control equipment provided.
• Record and document control data in the dedicated tools, ensuring their reliability and traceability.
• Decide on the conformity of batches and ensure clear communication with the various internal stakeholders.

Your profile

• You hold a qualification in quality control, mechanics, microtechnology or an equivalent field.
• You have excellent visual acuity and are comfortable with meticulous inspections carried out with the naked eye, under a magnifying glass or microscope.
• You master traditional measuring instruments, such as the measuring bench or dial gauge, as well as some semi-automated equipment.
• You know how to read, understand and interpret technical drawings.
• You are comfortable with computer and office tools.
• Your rigour, attention to detail and ability to make reliable decisions are recognised.
