Sciensus is part of the international Sciensus Group headquartered in the United Kingdom and specialises in medicinal therapies for people with immunological and rare diseases. We offer integrated solutions from medicine procurement and wholesale to pharmacy and homecare services. In doing so, we supply patients throughout Switzerland with medicines and aids for medicinal therapy at home.

To expand our team, we are looking for an

Employee Shipping and Warehouse Logistics (60 – 70%)

Your tasks

• Picking, packing and timely preparation of medicine deliveries for home therapy in delivery and postal shipping
• Assembly of application sets, reserve boxes and starter sets
• Receipt, inspection and proper storage of medicines and goods
• Carrying out stock checks and supporting inventories
• Ensuring compliance with quality and cold chain requirements as well as assisting in monitoring technical systems and alarm systems
• Organisation and management of the warehouse including ensuring order and cleanliness
• Assisting with simple administrative tasks
• Maintenance and cleaning of delivery vehicles
• Taking over medicine and material deliveries with the company delivery vehicle as a deputy

Your profile

• Completed vocational training and several years of experience, preferably in retail, logistics, healthcare, pharmacy or pharmaceuticals
• Careful, reliable and quality-conscious working style
• Independent, structured and team-oriented personality
• Flexibility, organisational talent and enjoyment of practical tasks in the warehouse environment
• Confident IT user skills and willingness to work with internal systems
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; French skills are a plus
• Driving licence category B
