What you bring
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Professional HF/FH
- Professional experience in Spitex or a comparable nursing area
- Further training in quality management or willingness to complete it
- High expertise in nursing processes, RAI-HC and quality standards
- Structured, reliable and resilient way of working
- Enjoy guiding and supporting employees professionally
- Willingness to assist in nursing if needed
- Workload between 80 – 100 %
