MAIN TASKS

• Independently creating and processing offers
• Receiving and recording orders
• Maintaining order and customer master data including reporting
• Order processing from inquiry to delivery
• Close cooperation with the field service and the technical department
• Creating statistics and evaluations
• Providing technical information – both by phone and in writing

PROFILE

• Technical basic training, e.g. as a technical sales clerk or a completed technical apprenticeship EFZ
• Flair and enthusiasm for technical, hydraulic and refrigeration products
• Proficient user of MS Office, ERP systems
• Languages German, English and French are an advantage
• Independent working style, joy and interest in learning new things
• Positive, communicative and committed team player
