To strengthen our service team in the Nord Vaudois/Fribourg region, we are looking for
TECHNICAL MANAGER ER (M/F)
Your tasks – varied and responsible:
- Technical responsibility for complex installations related to heat pumps
- Support for Service team leaders in daily activities
- Practical introduction and training of new employees
- Commissioning of renewable heating systems such as heat pumps and solar installations
- Carrying out maintenance work and interventions within the assigned service area
- Troubleshooting and resolving faults and issues on heat pumps
- Collaboration with our contacts such as installers, internal and external sales service, as well as colleagues from the entire Service team
Your profile – technically competent, personally convincing:
- Completed training as a building services planner CFC (heating orientation), electrician CFC or heating installer CFC
- Further training as a refrigeration technician or thermal specialist with federal certificate
- Experience as a service technician in the field of renewable energies
- Several years of professional experience as well as a high level of personal responsibility
- Structured, precise and efficient working method
- Correct and friendly behaviour towards internal and external customers
- Availability for on-call service, great autonomy in work planning
