Finance Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 120,000Role:
Our client is a versatile public administration in a well-developed Swiss municipality. The administration provides numerous services for the population and, together with various specialist departments, shapes the sustainable development of the municipality.

Responsibilities:
You ensure correct and high-quality financial and asset accounting and ensure the reconciliation of all main and subsidiary ledgers for the financial statements.
You actively participate in budgeting and year-end closing and review and approve VAT returns.
You manage the areas of financial controlling, internal control system, and risk management and ensure their ongoing development.
You are jointly responsible for the MIS Finance Cockpit and prepare relevant key figures and financial information for management and decision-making processes.
You support financial projects and process optimisations, represent the head of finance during absences, and are responsible for the professional and personnel management of the social assistance accounting team.
Qualifications:
A solid education and training in finance and accounting.
You bring experience in finance and accounting as well as sound knowledge in financial statements, budgeting, and controlling.
You work precisely, independently, and solution-oriented, think analytically and entrepreneurially, and quickly find your way in complex topics.
You communicate confidently in German.
