We are strengthening our DRG team with a:

Specialist in Medical Coding (m/f/d), 80-100% (Hybrid)

Your versatile, meaningful and exciting tasks

You assess invoices for inpatient services under SwissDRG, ST-Reha and TARPSY for compliance with the applicable coding rules and the underlying laws. Your duties include case triage, independent recoding, negotiating with service providers, as well as professional clarifications with the BFS and SwissDRG AG, and participation in controlling. You maintain close contact with our clients, namely health insurers, IV offices and accident insurers.

Your commitment and expertise

You bring several years of professional experience in acute somatic coding. Ideally, you hold the Swiss Federal Certificate in Medical Coding. You are familiar with the currently valid coding guidelines and classifications and have good knowledge of the health and social insurance system. An independent and precise working style, good IT skills, a quick grasp and confident German complete your profile. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
